City officials are desirous of improving the footprint of the former Woodville Mall site. As of 2018, the city holds title to approximately 123 acres. Reveille currently provides the City of Northwood with on-call economic development, planning and grant writing services. We are currently redeveloping the former Woodville Mall into an “age-in-place” mixed use neighborhood complete with a new downtown.
